Based in the market town of Llandeilo, located in the historical Black Ox Bank since 2001. Osian provides face to face financial advice to clients. His aim is to foster long term relationships with his clients.
Prior to joining the financial services industry, he spent 6 years working in the construction industry, working with Lovell’s on large projects in Swansea and Cardiff. This was followed by a short service commission with the Royal Engineers that took him to Sandhurst, Cambridge, Chatham, Ripon and Bovington, and working overseas in France, Germany, USA, Canada and Cyprus. Captain Osian I Rees left the Royal Engineers in 1995 to join the financial services industry. These experiences have proven invaluable in developing client relationships.
Osian has Chartered Financial Planner status since 2017. He is SOLLA accredited, this is an independent accreditation for the knowledge and skills for later life planning. This includes care fees, intergenerational planning and estate tax planning.
Outside of business, Osian has been married to Helen for 24 years and has two sons 16 and 20. He enjoys cycling, keeping fit and skiing. Osian is also an official at Saron Baptist Chapel, Ammanford. In 2018 Osian participated in the London to Amsterdam Cycling Challenge, raising funds for 'The school of hard Knocks' Charity. Thanks to all that sponsored.
